Tailored Approach

An Agreement to Arbitrate will control the arbitration and can be tailored to meet the needs of each individual case.  A single issue or the entire matter can be arbitrated. Our arbitrators have specific, mandatory pretrial requirements – we will identify pertinent issues and conduct necessary conferences.  The exchange of a detailed Pre-Arbitration Statement is also required well in advance of the final proceeding so there are no surprises.
