Robyn Ellen Musi

Robyn Ellen Musi is a founding partner of Civil Solutions. She has practiced law for over 10 years with Raffaele Puppio in the areas of family law - divorce, property distribution, support/alimony, and custody. In recent years, Robyn has focused her family practice on negotiation and settlement helping many clients amicably resolve their matters out of the courtroom.  Robyn is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Delaware County Bar Association and Doris Jonas Freed Inn of Court for selected family law attorneys.

Robyn has received over 80 hours of training in mediation and is a member of the Association for Conflict Resolution and the Pennsylvania Council for Mediators.  Robyn has served as an arbitrator for the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County.  She has also a collaboratively trained attorney, and member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and Collaborative Law Professionals of Southeastern  Pennsylvania.  

 

Robyn has been named a Super Lawyer Rising Star each year since 2017 and was named by the Delaware County Times as a "Best Lawyer" in the areas of Family and Divorce in 2020, and by Suburban Life Magazine as a Top Attorney in 2017.  Robyn has served in the past as the Co-Chair of the Lunch and Learn Committee and Co-Chair of the Social Committee for the Delaware County Bar Association Family Law Section, and served on the Community Outreach Committee for the Doris Jonas Freed Inn of Court.

Robyn graduated magna cum laude from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts in 2004. In 2009, she went on to graduate cum laude, ranking among the top ten in her class, from Widener University Delaware Law School in Wilmington, Delaware obtaining her Juris Doctor. While in law school, she was the Editor-in-Chief of the Widener Law Review, the Vice President of the American Trial Lawyers Association, and a member of the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society.
