As can be seen in the biographies for our team, between them they have over 50 years of experience in family law.  Our arbitrators stay connected in the legal community and up to date with changes to the law, and how the Courts are applying the law.  Their private practices have left them with a wealth of experience to make the appropriate and well-reasoned legal decisions having represented clients in arbitration and having served as private arbitrators and arbitrators for the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County.

Michael Raffaele, Esquire served the Delaware County Court System as a Juvenile Court Master and Custody Master. He also was appointed by the President Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County to serve as a Judge Pro Tem.  He has also been selected by respected members of the family law bar to serve as a private arbitrator in complex, high end divorce cases.
