Improved Way to Practice

The collaborative process was founded in the 1990s by a group of Minnesota family law attorneys who were looking for a more civil and efficient way to address family law matters. With the passage of the Pa. Collaborative Law Act in 2018, we now have a statute setting forth specific directions on the purpose and process of collaborative law giving us a very good framework within which to attempt settlement.  Although around for almost 30 years, in Pennsylvania, the practice is modern.  It combines settlement and advocacy in a unique way.
